2019 Kia Sedona Smart Key Module Tamper-Proof?

Bought the HCX and the HK8 harness from your store on Friday.

Do you know of a way to remove the metal which is covering the 3 harnesses to get access to the smart key module?

Even the Kia Service Manual doesn't mention this piece when removing / replacing the module.  

Strange indeed....
