Compustar 7000as and Blade AL

My wife has a 2016 Mazda CX-5 PTS automatic manufactured in 11/2014 we purchased new in 4/2015. We installed a Compustar 7000AS with Blade AL, rps touch, ezgo, 901ss rf kit that same month and year. I was disappointed to learn that when remote started vehicle shuts off when door opens. I saw that January of this year Idatalink came out with a new method of installation that includes secure takeover. I took it to the shop and bought a new T11 rf kit and they had it for several days on 2 occasions. I have had no luck, with secure takeover. Sometimes it works most times it doesn't. I took a look and they have both the High current and low current connected from what I read that is a no no. They have both antenna ports connected, that is a no no as well. I live in California and I wish I was closer cause you guys seem to know your stuff. I fails to start on the 1st try usually starts on 2nd or 3rd try. Any ideas on what some of the settings should be. I have no problem pulling it out and programming it myself. Any recommended installers or shops in So Cal? Thank you
