How to Use the Website

1.  When searching for a product, if multiple results appear ALWAYS choose the one with (DEFAULT TITLE) next to product name.
    
2.  Free shipping does not apply to wholesale orders, you MUST choose a paid shipping option upon checkout. Failure to choose a paid shipping option will result in the order not shipping until shipping has been quoted and paid for by the customer.
    
3. Wholesale accounts are evaluated every 6 months, if there has been no order placed in the prior 6 months, we will contact you to verify whether you wish to keep your account active. Failure to place an order in a 12 month period will result in removal from the wholesale program.
    
4. Wholesale orders cannot be taken over the phone or via email, they can ONLY be placed online through our website, which you must be logged into, using your approved account, to place a wholesale order.
